The Blue Castle - L.M. Montgomery

The Blue Castle is a charming and uplifting novel by Anne of Green Gables author L.M. Montgomery. It tells the story of Valancy Stirling, a 29-year-old woman who has spent her entire life under the oppressive control of her overbearing family. Considered a spinster and constantly belittled, Valency has never truly lived for herself. However, when she receives a shocking medical diagnosis, she decides to break free from societal expectations and pursue the life she has always dreamed of—one filled with adventure, love, and happiness. 

I can say it was one of the best books I have ever read and I really want to share this experience with others. If you are looking for a book that surprises you, don’t miss this.
