Axiom by Madison Rose is a thrilling dystopian sci-fi novel. It is set in a future where strict rules govern society, and one person’s discovery of a hidden truth threatens to expose the government. The story follows Amrey, a teenager who uncovers shocking secrets about herself and her world and must decide whether to challenge the system or protect those she loves. This book is perfect for readers who enjoy pretty fast-paced stories with some plot twists, but like something that’s more of a light read. Fans of The Hunger Games or Divergent will definitely enjoy this book. Something I like about this book is Rose’s descriptions of the setting and relatable characters. Her writing style is immersive and easy to follow, pulling you into Amrey’s journey from the first page. The twists are cleverly placed, keeping readers hooked without feeling overwhelmed. Axiom is a captivating read that’s hard to put down!
